One of our representatives will arrange to visit your property for a Market Appraisal and Pre Sale Valuation and they will talk you through and agree a fully comprehensive marketing strategy with costs and you will be given full details of our inclusive service and fees so you know exactly what to expect ?. no hidden charges.

Property Particulars - Upon your instruction we will prepare 'draft particulars' of your property for your approval. These particulars will be the basis for the selling or letting of your property and we strive to make them as accurate as possible. Once approved these details will be professionally printed and presented in an attractive way with quality colour photographs. We will also advise on showing your home to its best advantage.

The Way Forward - At the outset, we will agree a sales / letting plan with you. We will immediately mail match potential purchasers - people who we know from our regular updated computer list, are looking for a property like yours. We'll erect one of our distinctive For Sale / To Let boards, they are important as they work hard for you twenty four hours a day. AGRICULTURAL SERVICES

Staff within this department have the benefit of years of experience and local knowledge. In addition to being experts in the sale of livestock our auctioneers deal in external auction sales including Farm Sales and Farm dispersal Sales. They deal in Land Letting and Farm Payment Entitlements. They also assist with agricultural landlord and tenant disputes/negotiations. They also regularly undertake valuation work for compensation claims incorporating gas, water, electricity, sewerage, road widening, damage and easement claims etc.

THE GAERWEN AUCTION CENTRE

The Auction Centre at Gaerwen, Isle of Anglesey is a purpose built, multi purpose out of town site where auctions are held on a daily basis.

For livestock auctions the site boasts welfare friendly handling and lairaging facilities with covered accommodation for animals. There are regular auctions of prime and store stock and Morgan Evans are appointed auctioneers for several breed society sales.

Several purpose built salerooms are used for Land and Property Auctions, Antique and Fine Art Auctions, Household and Collectable Auctions, Motor Vehicles, Machinery, Carpets and one off special auctions including Oriental Rugs, Poultry, Shoes etc.

The site also boasts ample parking facilities and full catering services for our customers convenience.

ANTIQUES AND FINE ART

Our purpose- built salerooms at Gaerwen have developed into the premier location in North Wales for the sale of Antiques and Fine Art, Household Goods and Collectables. Our auctioneers will carry out a full Valuation Service and can arrange for the collection and delivery of items.
