Boundaries

The purchaser shall be deemed to have full knowledge of all boundaries and neither the vendor nor vendors agent will be responsible for defining boundaries or ownership thereof. We are informed by the vendor that there is a footpath crossing part of the land. Three neighbouring properties have a right of way over the land.

Services

Installation of all services to the site will be at the expense of the purchaser.
