Vehicle Auction

The Morgan Evans vehicle auctions are usually held on a monthly basis on the first Thursday of the month, with a mix of domestic, commercial and occasionally some leisure vehicles.


Entry of Vehicles: Vehicles need to arrive at the Gaerwen site before 5:30pm on the day of sale. Each vehicle should be accompanied by a V5 document (log book) and MOT certificate if applicable. The Vendor will pay a £20 entry fee per vehicle and a commission rate which is a percentage sliding scale of the sale value of the vehicle.

Viewing of Vehicles: Vehicles can be viewed from 3:00pm to start of sale at 6:00pm. All vehicles are sold as seen.

Purchasing Vehicles
Prospective purchasers must register prior to the commencement of sale. On the fall of the hammer the purchaser will provide their name and address with a 20% cash deposit. A Buyers Indemnity Fee + VAT is also payable. The balance to be paid before the end of the day. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE ON VEHICLES PURCHASED AT OUR AUCTION. (Please note that VAT is applicable on some vehicles).
