Livestock

Our livestock sales currently take place weekly every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. We also have a seasonal sale on a Friday of suckling calves.

Offering an excellent service for the cattle and sheep producers of North Wales, our staff are always willing to assist with marketing advice and selection.

We PAY all producers promptly on the day of sale.

** Customer Notice **

Antiques, Period Furnishings & Art Auction on the 26th March

Following the latest Government guidance issued on the 23rd of March, we have had to postpone our Antique auction scheduled for the 26th of March until the 30th of April

This new date will be reviewed nearer the time

Whilst we are able to conduct an auction 'online only', there would remain an issue with customers travelling to collect items etc. As customer and staff well being is paramount, we believe this is the correct course of action to be taken at this time

All delivery dates for the public are postponed until further notice

Further updates will appear as and when relevant, in the meantime we would like to thanks our customers for their understanding and support

Viewing 29/04/20 @ 9.30 - 12.30 & 2 - 6pm

Tools, Machinery & Vehicles

Our sales currently take place monthly on a Saturday selling from minor hand tools up to heavy plant & machinery. Our popular monthly machinery auction is always well attended and we have great facilities, including a cafe and large car parking area.

The machinery auction is made up of three areas - the calf ring (minor hand tools), the sheep pens (garden equipment and smaller machines) and the agri yard (farm machinery and implements).

We advise anyone wanting to purchase on the day of sale to come into the office to obtain a buyer's bidding card before the auction begins at 10am.

Monthly sale of Farm Machinery, Implements and Minor Tools.

In-take strictly between 9am and 12 noon Friday 13th of March - no entries accepted on the day of sale.

Sale to commence 10am Saturday in the Calf Ring, and 11am at the Agri Yard.

    Antiques, Period Furnishings & Art Auction on the 26th March

    Due to the corona virus pandemic and in the interests of customer safety and well being, until further notice our forthcoming auctions at the saleroom are to be held with LIVE ONLINE BIDDING ONLY. In addition, we will still offer our telephone bidding and absentee commission bid service.

    If you wish to view any of the items in our forthcoming auction on March 26th, this will be strictly on an appointment only basis made via our saleroom office on 01248 421 582 (opt 2), or via email at saleroom@morganevans.com( no viewing day on Wednesday 25th ofMarch)

    As you are aware, the general situation is evolving and changing daily and we may therefore need to amend our auction routine further, in which case please look out for any updates on our social media and website.

    Whilst Morgan Evans & Co Ltd are doing everything possible to ensure strict hygiene measures, we would ask all customers falling into government “at risk” groups (i.e. over 70’s, anyone with underlying health issues, pregnancy, etc) as well as young children to refrain from attending the saleroom and would insist all members of the public adhere to the following guidelines.

    ** Wash your hands with soap and water often – do this for at least 20 seconds

    ** Always wash your hands when you get home or into work

    ** Use hand sanitiser gel if soap and water are not available

    ** Cover your mouth and nose with tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when you cough or sneeze

    ** Put used tissues in the bin immediately and wash your hands afterwards

    ** Try to avoid close contact with people who are unwell
