Auction Guidelines
Legal Documentation
All legal documents including all contents of the legal auction pack will be available for inspection prior to the auction. The legal pack can be downloaded once registered via the Auctionmarts Auction platform - www.auctionmarts.com.
Legal documents are not available by post, however they can be inspected at the auctioneers office.
A prospective purchaser should inspect the legal pack prior to the auction, or instruct a legal representative to inspect.
Measurements and Plans
All sizes and measurements are approximate and are not to scale. These plans are for identification purposes only.
Pre-Auction Offers
Pre-auction offers must be made in writing and will be under auction conditions with the purchaser paying a 10% deposit and buyers premium.
Any pre-auction offers should be substantially above the guide price to be considered.
On the Day
We advise that potential bidders arrive in plenty of time, to register to bid by bringing their completed Registration Forms (in the legal packs) with them, this should also include their solicitors details. The auctioneers will be in attendance approximately 1 hour prior to the commencement of the auction.
Registration
All potential bidders must register their details at www.auctionmarts.com before being able to bid. Required information to be completed on the Registration Form (in the legal pack) includes:
- Full names and address of buyers
- Proof of identity
- Proof of address
Last registration will be by 5pm on the day before the auction.
Buyers Premium Fee
Buyers premium of £3,000 plus VAT is payable at the same time as the contractual deposit of each lot purchased.
